The Strand Room provides both digital training and optional physical training kits, depending on the product selected at checkout.
Digital Access
All certification programs and digital products are delivered online.
Access is typically granted immediately after purchase via your account or email instructions. In some cases, access may take up to 24 hours.
Physical Training Kits
For certification options that include a training kit, physical items will be shipped after purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on location. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided where possible but are not guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Strand Room is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the shipping country, additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Access + Kit Orders
- If your purchase includes both digital access and a physical kit:
- Digital access will be provided first
- Physical items will follow via shipment
