Because our digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, they are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
This includes professional tools, digital templates, calculators, guides and downloadable resources.
Access to online courses is provided immediately following purchase. Course enrollments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Certification enrollments are non-refundable once access to the program has been provided. Scheduled private sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the order and, where appropriate, arrange a resolution.
