The Strand Room was founded by Amy after years of working directly with extension clients, continuing professional education and teaching artists across multiple countries. Every program reflects the methods, systems and standards she has refined through real salon experience.
Eight years of hands-on salon experience have shaped every system taught inside The Strand Room. Every lesson is based on real client appointments, problem-solving and daily professional practice—not theory alone.
Education & Credentials
Amy has completed advanced education with leading extension educators, including Bellami Professional, and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing professional training. Her teaching combines multiple education systems with practical salon experience.
Amy has educated extension artists throughout North America and across Asia while building and operating her own successful extension business. Her focus has always been helping artists build confidence, consistency and long-term careers through structured education.
